Job Title: Logistics & Supply Chain Executive
Job Location: Dubai | Employment Type: Full-Time | Experience Level: 2–8 years Salary: AED 3,600 – 3,700 per month base + uncapped performance commission (On-target earnings equivalent to $50,000 USD+)
About the Company:
We are at the cutting edge of applying advanced AI to transform marketing, moving beyond conventional analytics to building truly intelligent, autonomous systems. Our focus is on leveraging Agentic AI architectures, LLM API integrations, and innovative Model Context Protocol (MCP) to redefine how brands engage with their audience. If you thrive on building sophisticated, impactful systems from the ground up and are passionate about the future of global supply chains, you’ll find a home with us. We seek builders who are precise in their technical understanding and execution, recognizing that vague answers are red flags when developing groundbreaking growth solutions.
Role Summary:
As our Supply Chain Partner Development Executive, you will build our supplier and logistics network in the UAE from the ground up. This is an outward-facing, commercially active role based full-time in Dubai. Your primary focus is to discover, evaluate, and establish operational partnerships across regional carriers, 3PLs, cross-border freight forwarders, and raw materials suppliers to provide a competitive fulfillment foundation for our rapid multi-market expansion.
What You'll Build:
You will be the core owner of our regional supply chain architecture and procurement pipelines. This includes:
- Mapping and building a UAE partner network from scratch across local logistics, contract warehousing, and packaging materials manufacturing.
- Developing rigorous supplier qualification and onboarding frameworks, evaluating third-party operational capabilities against clear service level agreements (SLAs).
- Structuring and negotiating highly favorable commercial contracts that optimize landed cost metrics, multi-currency pricing, and freight delivery speed.
- Engineering a resilient, diversified supplier matrix to avoid single points of failure across critical fulfillment routes and customs clearance gates.
- Gathering local market intelligence on regional transit shifts, free zone regulations, and port storage pricing to proactively inform leadership strategy.
Your First 90 Days:
We believe in rapid market immersion, active prospecting, and clear operational milestones. Here's what your initial journey will look like:
- First 30 Days: You'll deeply audit our current UAE supply chain parameters, fulfillment constraints, and regional production targets. You will map out key regional players (3PLs, carriers, free zone operations) and initiate cold outreach to build your primary shortlist of priority partners.
- First 60 Days: You will manage active qualification rounds and site visits with shortlisted logistics and material providers, leading initial commercial negotiations and presenting structural term sheets to internal leadership.
- First 90 Days: You will have successfully executed and taken live at least one major cross-border logistics or materials contract, proving clear cost optimization or transit-time reduction. You will present a 6-month partner pipeline and procurement roadmap to executive management.
What We're Looking For:
- Procurement & Logistics Experience: 2–8 years of hands-on experience in supply chain development, procurement, global logistics, or business development, with a distinct history of establishing brand-new partnerships.
- UAE Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Middle Eastern supply chain environment, carrier ecosystems, domestic delivery structures, and regional pricing standards.
- Outbound Commercial Drive: A strong comfort level operating in a hunter capacity—actively identifying prospects, managing cold outreach pipelines, and building business relationships from scratch.
- Contract Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to structure and close business agreements, balancing unit costs, performance penalties, and legal protections to safeguard business continuity.
- Methodical Supplier Evaluation: A data-backed approach to analyzing 3PL operational scale, financial health, compliance protocols, and freight capacity limits.
- Logistics Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent the brand credibly to enterprise executives and translate complex supply decisions into operational logic for internal teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- An active, pre-existing network of trusted UAE-based logistics providers, last-mile carriers, and freight forwarders.
- Technical experience building supplier networks specifically tailored to high-velocity e-commerce, digital print-on-demand, or quick-turn fulfillment hubs.
- Practical understanding of UAE customs regulations, import/export mandates, and free zone compliance (e.g., JAFZA, DAFZA).
- Familiarity with ERP logistics modules (SAP, Oracle) or modern supply chain visibility software platforms.
Why This Role:
This is not a passive account management job; it is a high-autonomy opportunity to completely design a regional logistics framework from scratch. You will step into a lean, fast-moving environment where you bypass rigid corporate layers to take full control of supplier selection, commercial execution, and network architecture.
Working directly alongside global growth and operations leadership, your sourcing optimizations will directly scale our multi-market bottom line. This position offers a direct, uncapped commission structure that monetizes your performance—meaning your financial reward mirrors the network you build—with a transparent pathway toward leading regional supply operations or global procurement branches.
This is a role built for a hunter, not a relationship manager sitting on an inherited account list. The base salary reflects a junior entry point; your earning potential does not. Every new logistics partner you bring on board, every supply agreement you close at terms that improve our cost base, and every new route to market you open for Printerpix in the UAE contributes directly to a commission structure that rewards what you actually deliver. Performers who build a strong UAE partner network from scratch and drive the commercial outcomes that enable our regional expansion have a clear path to total annual earnings equivalent to $50,000 USD or more.
If you are motivated by a fixed salary regardless of what you build, this is not the role for you. If you are motivated by what you can create and what that earns you, it is.
