Role Summary:
As our Procurement & Supply Chain Sourcing Executive, you will be the engine behind the sourcing strategy that keeps Printerpix stocked, competitive, and growing. You will take full ownership of identifying and onboarding suppliers, managing vendor performance, and building procurement processes that scale with our ambitions. This is a hands-on role with direct commercial impact, sitting at the centre of our operations in Bangalore.
What You’ll Build:
- A Scalable Supplier Network: You will scout, assess, and onboard suppliers across printing materials, packaging, and gifting components, not just filling gaps today but building a partner base capable of supporting significant future growth.
- Commercial Value Through Negotiation: You will lead contract negotiations to lock in best-in-class pricing, quality standards, and delivery commitments, with outcomes that flow directly through to our margins and competitiveness.
- A Resilient Procurement Architecture: You will implement risk mitigation strategies that keep supply moving when markets are volatile, drawing on supplier performance data and market intelligence to stay ahead of disruption.
- Data-Led Procurement Decisions: You will track supplier KPIs across cost, quality, and delivery, using that data to drive continuous improvement and make the case for strategic changes with evidence rather than instinct.
- Tight Cross-Functional Alignment: You will work closely with manufacturing, operations, and product teams to translate demand forecasts into procurement actions, ensuring inventory levels and production plans stay in sync.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2–8 years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within e-commerce or manufacturing.
- Vendor Management: You have managed substantial supplier portfolios, holding partners accountable to SLAs and consistently driving performance improvements.
- Negotiation: You have a proven record of securing favourable terms and cost reductions in multi-round B2B/B2C negotiations across both products and services.
- Supply Chain Optimisation: You understand the levers that affect e-commerce fulfilment, lead times, fill rates, quality standards and have delivered improvements across them.
- Data Analysis: You are comfortable working with spend data, supplier scorecards, and market pricing to surface insights and back your recommendations.
- Contract Management: You can draft, review, and enforce supply agreements with confidence, protecting the business commercially and operationally.
- Procurement Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP and P2P platforms.
- Market Awareness: You understand how to find new suppliers, read market trends, and factor in geopolitical dynamics when making sourcing decisions.
- Communication: You can explain complex sourcing strategies clearly to internal stakeholders and negotiate with conviction externally.
Nice-to-Have:
- SQL skills for advanced spend analysis and reporting.
- Project management experience leading sourcing initiatives from scoping through delivery.
- Broader ERP system familiarity beyond core procurement modules.
- Experience sourcing across multiple geographies and managing international supplier relationships.
- Awareness of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.

Compensation: Base salary with uncapped performance commission tied directly to the value you generate through sourcing and procurement outcomes.

Performers who build tangible procurement savings across our product categories leading to agreed country profits have a clear path to total annual earnings equivalent to $50,000 USD or more.
