Our focus is on leveraging Agentic AI architectures, LLM API integrations, and innovative Model Context Protocol (MCP) to redefine how brands engage with their audience. If you thrive on building sophisticated, impactful systems from the ground up and are passionate about the future of commercial operations, you’ll find a home with us. We seek builders who are precise in their technical understanding and execution, recognising that vague answers are red flags when developing groundbreaking growth solutions.

Role Summary
As our Junior Management Accountant, you will be a foundational member of our growing hub finance team, ensuring accurate multi-market financial reporting and operational ledger integrity. Based full-time in Dubai, you will manage day-to-day transaction flows, multi-currency reconciliations, and international tax tracking, providing the clean financial datasets required for strategic spend and performance scaling decisions across our global e-commerce territories.

What You'll Build
You will help build and maintain our international financial data infrastructure. This includes:
  • Organizing and refining the foundational data layers for our monthly management accounts to give leadership real-time visibility into cross-continental performance.
  • Managing and executing rigorous reconciliation models for international tax regimes, ensuring flawless alignment with VAT, IOSS, and GST across diverse geographic markets.
  • Assisting in month-end variance analysis to match actual operational expenditures against regional marketing and product budgets.
  • Optimizing the month-end close cycle by streamlining general ledger entries, pre-payments, accruals, and intercompany balances to accelerate cross-border financial reporting.
  • Verifying and reconciling multi-channel revenue recognition logic from diverse e-commerce transactions, storefront APIs, and digital payment gateways.
Your First 90 Days
We believe in rapid technical immersion, structural accuracy, and clear expectations. Here's what your initial journey will look like:
  • First 30 Days: You'll onboard with the core finance function, mastering our global general ledger system and multi-currency transaction architecture. You will shadow multi-currency bank reconciliations and take direct operational ownership of pre-payments, monthly accrual tables, and localized transactional sorting.
  • First 60 Days: You will take full ownership of foundational balance sheet and multi-currency bank reconciliations. You will independently prepare the primary documentation and initial data compilations for upcoming VAT and GST compliance cycles.
  • First 90 Days: You will confidently manage complex intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations for assigned regional entities. You will run independent variance analyses comparing budgeted projections against actual financial spend, presenting clear findings to the finance leadership team to streamline the upcoming quarter's operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Foundational Experience: 0–2 years of practical experience within a dedicated corporate accounting, financial reporting, or e-commerce finance function.  Must have qualified experience with UK and USA financial accounting and the ability to produce financials to GAAP standards.
  • General Ledger Mastery: Proven hands-on capability in maintaining a clean general ledger, posting manual journals, and tracking pre-payments and accruals with total numerical precision.
  • Account Reconciliation Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform thorough balance sheet, intercompany, and bank reconciliations across conflicting data inputs.
  • Multi-Currency Literacy: Direct experience or clear structured knowledge of reconciling transactions across multiple global currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, etc.), accounting for foreign exchange variations.
  • International Tax Exposure: Familiarity with or foundational exposure to calculating and reporting cross-border digital taxes, including European VAT, IOSS framework rules, or localized GST.
  • Advanced Excel Capabilities: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. You must be comfortable building and manipulating financial models using logic functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables).
  • Analytical Approach: A methodical, data-centric mindset that values data integrity and focuses on identifying accounting anomalies, formatting errors, or variance drivers.
Nice-to-Have
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., SAP FICO, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Understanding of e-commerce business economics, including contribution margin analysis and marketing budget tracking.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) or basic SQL logic for pulling database reports.
  • Interest or baseline exposure to automated financial reconciliation tools or API-driven data pipelines.
Why This Role
This is not a stagnant data-entry accounting role; it is a direct launchpad into complex, multi-market international finance. You will bypass routine entry-level tracking to immediately touch multi-currency accounting, cross-border corporate logistics, and sophisticated digital retail reporting matrices.
Working side-by-side with senior financial and marketing growth leaders, you will see exactly how ledger accuracy dictates multi-million-dollar global user acquisition strategies. This position offers exceptional professional mentorship, high visibility within a lean global team, and a direct, accelerated pathway into a Senior Management Accountant or specialized Finance Manager position as our global hub continues to scale.
