About the Job
International Tender & Business Development Manager
Middle East | Europe | Americas
We are looking for a highly driven, commercially focused International Tender & Business Development Manager with a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and winning tenders and contracts across the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
We need a genuine go-getter—someone who actively finds opportunities, opens doors, develops relationships, drives the bidding process, and converts opportunities into awarded contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new tender, bid, and contract opportunities internationally.
  • Manage opportunities from initial lead and pre-qualification through EOI, RFI, RFQ, RFP, tender submission, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Develop relationships with clients, procurement teams, government organisations, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial tender submissions.
  • Analyse tender requirements, commercial risks, pricing considerations, and competitor positioning.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming opportunities and proactively follow up until a decision is reached.
  • Support international market entry and business development strategies.
  • Work closely with internal technical, commercial, legal, and operational teams to produce competitive bids.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Proven record of winning tenders and contracts, not simply preparing tender documents.
  • International business development and bidding experience, particularly across the Middle East, Europe, and/or North and South America.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of international tendering and procurement processes.
  • A proactive, persistent, target-driven go-getter personality.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of opportunities.
  • Existing international client and industry networks would be a major advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.

Proven Results Are Essential:
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their personal track record, including:
  • Major tenders or contracts they have helped win.
  • Countries and markets where they have operated.
  • Approximate contract values.
  • Their personal role in identifying, developing, bidding, negotiating, and closing each opportunity.
  • Clients or sectors they have worked with.
  • Tender success / conversion rate where available.

We are looking for a business winner, not simply a bid administrator—someone who can identify opportunities, build the right relationships, develop a winning strategy, lead the tender process, and ultimately secure contracts across international markets.
