Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Focus: 80% Talent Acquisition | 20% HR
International Exposure: UAE | UK | USA
Reporting to: Director

Role Overview
SYNCOMS Group is looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to help build the teams behind our next phase of growth.
With over 25 years of presence and operations across international markets, SYNCOMS brings together technology, digital, e-commerce, communications and business solutions.
This role is primarily focused on technical and digital recruitment, with growing exposure to AI-related talent, while also supporting hiring across operations, accounts, design, admin and other business functions.
Working from Dubai, you will collaborate with teams and leadership across the UK, USA and other international markets, giving you valuable exposure to global recruitment and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition – 80%
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proactively source and headhunt high-quality talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and global platforms.
  • Use Boolean search and talent mapping to identify passive and specialist candidates.
  • Recruit for developers, engineers, AI/digital talent and wider business functions.
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit.
  • Work directly with hiring managers to define requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong global talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate interviews across UAE, UK and USA time zones.
  • Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing.

HR – 20%
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and ATS records.
  • Assist with general HR coordination.
  • Ensure a professional candidate and new-hire experience.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting across technical and general business roles.
  • Exposure to technology, digital or AI recruitment preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting and LinkedIn search skills.
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
