Our Dubai team is expanding and we are looking for commercially minded people who can treat paid digital advertising the way the best real estate professionals treat their market, with relentless attention to opportunity, an obsession with numbers, and the drive to act before others do.
The Opportunity:
We are not looking for someone who has already spent years in digital marketing. We are looking for someone who has already proven they can think and perform in a high-stakes commercial environment, and who wants to apply that ability in a new arena.
If you have worked in real estate, sales, leasing, investment, or commercial, you already have most of what this job requires: you are numbers-literate, you understand what drives buyer behaviour, you can read a competitive market, you track performance obsessively, and you know that results are the only thing that matters. We will teach you the platform mechanics of Google Ads. You will teach us what it means to hunt.
What You Will Do:
- You will own and drive paid search performance for Printerpix across our international markets. This means:
- Monitor and act on campaign performance daily, you will be the first person to notice when something is working, when something is breaking, and when a competitor has moved.
- Manage Google Ads spend across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns across the UK, US, UAE, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and India.
- Translate data into decisions, reading performance dashboards, identifying trends in cost-per-sale, ROAS, impression share, and conversion rate, and acting on what you find without waiting to be told.
- Track the competition relentlessly, monitoring what competitors are bidding on, what their ad copy says, and when they change their offers so we can respond or pre-empt.
- Optimise for revenue, not activity, your success metric is not the number of campaigns you manage; it is the return we get on every dirham we spend.
- Scale what works and cut what doesn't, treating budget allocation the way a good investor treats a portfolio: concentrate on the highest-returning positions and exit underperformers quickly.
- Align paid search strategy with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional pricing, turning business events into paid search opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:
You do not need a marketing degree or prior digital advertising experience. You do need:
- A track record of commercial performance, you have been measured on results and you have delivered them. You can show us the numbers.
- Mathematical fluency, you are comfortable with percentages, ratios, and return calculations. If someone tells you cost-per-click went up 15% but conversion rate dropped 8%, you can immediately work out what happened to cost-per-sale.
- Competitive instinct, you do not wait to be told that a competitor has changed their pricing or strategy. You find out before anyone tells you, and you do something about it.
- Data-driven decision making, you do not have gut feelings about things you can measure. You look at the data, form a hypothesis, test it, and move on what the evidence tells you.
- Ownership mentality, you treat the campaigns you manage as your own business. If performance drops, it is your problem to fix.
- Hunger, this is not a role for someone who wants to maintain. This is a role for someone who wants to grow.
What We Will Give You:
- Full training on Google Ads, Google Analytics, and our internal marketing data infrastructure. You will not be thrown in without the tools to succeed.
- A senior mentor within the marketing team who will work alongside you in your first 90 days to accelerate your platform knowledge.
- Direct exposure to international e-commerce performance data, working with real revenue numbers across 9 markets from day one.
- Uncapped commission, the better the campaigns perform, the more you earn. Performers who master the channel and leverage our technology to its full potential have a clear path to total annual earnings equivalent to $50,000 USD or more. There is no ceiling.
- A clear progression path: as you develop platform expertise alongside your commercial instincts, the role grows. The person who does this well becomes our lead performance channel owner.
Compensation:
Base salary plus uncapped performance commission tied to ROAS improvement and revenue driven through paid search. Total package for a high performer is significantly above the base. We structure it this way deliberately, we want someone who is motivated by the upside, not just the floor.
