Role Overview

SYNCOMS Group is looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage hiring across the business. The role is primarily focused on technical and digital recruitment, with a slight emphasis on AI-related roles, while also supporting general hiring across departments such as operations, accounts, design, and admin.

This is an 80% recruitment and 20% HR role, ideal for someone who can actively source talent, work closely with internal teams, and deliver quality hires in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will work with teams in Dubai, while coordinating with leadership in the UK and USA, and reporting directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

  •  Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles including: 
    •  Technical roles (developers, engineers, AI-related talent – main focus) 
    •  Non-technical roles (accounts, operations, design, admin – support hiring) 
  •  Conduct active sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and global platforms 
  •  Use Boolean search and talent mapping to identify quality candidates 
  •  Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
  •  Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to define role requirements
  •  Build and maintain a strong global candidate pipeline
  •  Coordinate interviews across UAE, UK, and USA time zones
  •  Handle offer negotiation and candidate closing
HR Responsibilities (20%)

  •  Support onboarding and documentation 
  •  Maintain candidate records in ATS systems
  •  Assist with basic HR coordination 
  •  Ensure a smooth candidate experience
Key Requirements

  •  Proven experience in recruitment (technical + general roles)
  •  Exposure to tech and/or AI hiring preferred 
  •  Strong experience in global sourcing and headhunting
  •  Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment
  •  Capable of handling multiple roles across different functions
