Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI Agent Systems Engineer to architect, build, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents capable of executing real operational workflows across our e-commerce ecosystem.
This is not a basic prompt-engineering role. We are looking for engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals who understand how to build reliable, scalable AI systems in production environments.
You will work on advanced agent orchestration systems involving:
- Tool usage.
- API integrations.
- Workflow automation.
- Memory management.
- Retrieval systems.
- Multi-agent coordination and real-time decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong backend engineering expertise with deep curiosity about modern AI systems and emerging agentic frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Autonomous AI Agent Development:
Design and deploy AI agents capable of:
- Executing multi-step workflows.
- Interacting with internal and third-party APIs.
- Autonomously resolving operational tasks.
- Handling retries and failure recovery and maintaining contextual memory across workflows.
Examples include:
- Order management agents.
- Logistics automation.
- AI customer support systems.
- Internal AI copilots and intelligent operational assistants.
Agent Orchestration & Workflow Systems:
Build scalable orchestration systems using:
- LangGraph.
- CrewAI.
- LangChain.
- State-machine architectures.
- Async processing models and event-driven workflows.
You should understand:
- Tool routing.
- Agent loops.
- Memory architectures.
- Planning vs execution patterns and multi-agent collaboration systems.
AI-Powered Marketing Automation:
Develop intelligent systems capable of:
- Monitoring advertising performance.
- Optimizing campaign spend.
- Adjusting targeting strategies and generating automated performance insights using real-time data.
Personalization & Recommendation Systems:
Implement AI pipelines that:
- Analyze customer behavior.
- Reason over transactional and event data and generate personalized product and gifting recommendations.
